DISCLAIMER: Specifications, availability, policies, and prices subject to change without notice. Due to the nature of our products, there will be variations in size, color & shape. Dried botanicals are fragile and semi perishable and must be handled with care. Some merchandise is seasonal. Therefore we cannot always guarantee availability of all colors and varieties. We are not and will not be held responsible for problems caused by bad weather or conditions not under our control.

COMMON CARRIER SHIPMENTS: We take care when packing and shipping your order, so it will arrive in good condition. Our responsibility ceases when the carrier accepts your shipment. When damage to a shipment has occurred, call the carrier and file a claim. Please save all original cartons & packing material until inspection has been made by the carrier. All claims and returns must be made within (5) days of receipt. No returns accepted after (10) days. Holiday merchandise, custom order and sale items are non-returnable, non-refundable. We reserve the right to impose a 20% restocking charge to returned or canceled orders. All returns must be pre-approved by our office prior to return. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization.
